Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to supplier location, customs, or carrier delays. As we work with international suppliers (including dropshipping partners), some orders may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
